Jim Aardema has had an entrepreneurial career in the private sector with an appetite for digging into complex issues and initiatives, including enterprises and projects with massive permitting, political, and public relations elements in major markets. He is a life-long learner, fascinated by the academic and empirical underpinnings of social, business and political strategy and behavior.
